Reading, Billing & Collections
All utility meters are read
manually on or around the 1st day
of each month. The exact day is
dependent upon weekends and holidays.
Utility bills are mailed from
the Bainbridge Post Office on or before the
10th day of each month.
Utility bill payments must be
received in the Office of the
Clerk-Treasurer before 4:00 p.m. on the 28th
of each month. If the 28th falls
on a weekend, payment must be received
before 4:00 p.m. on the next business day.
Payments received after the
28th will incur a late fee of 10%
of the total balance.
Payment of full balance must
be received before 4:00 p.m., seven days
after penalty is incurred.
Payment may be made by cash,
personal check or money order. Credit &
Debit cards are not accepted.
